What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard) through our secure website or through Paypal. 

How much is shipping? How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard USPS Priority Mail shipping is $4.99 for orders less than $100.  Usual shipping time is 2-4 business days. Orders over $100 get FREE SHIPPING.  In the very rare case a t-shirt is unexpectedly backordered or has just been released with a very high demand, it might take longer. If you want an item overnighted or expressed mail simply choose overnight shipping when your shipping options appear.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping cost will vary depending on the country that you live in. Simply pay for your shirt through Paypal on the website as you normally do and any extra shipping costs will be forward to you upon payment.

What is your return policy?
We 100% guarantee that you will be delivered a kick ass brand new t-shirt that will leave you feeling great. We stand by our work, so if for any reason you decide that the shirt is not for you, please email us with your order information. We will set up a return and you will receive a full refund for the price of the shirt(s). The customer covers the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Only unworn/unwashed shirts may be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the purchase date.

How should I wash my shirt?
It is best that you wash your shirt inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. For maximum longevity, do not tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image. Shirts that fade in the wash can not be refunded in the less the previous instructions were followed.

I have a great idea for a shirt! Will you pay me if you use my shirt idea?
Glad you asked. We take all original submissions into consideration. If we really like your idea and we decide to put the shirt on our site, we will give you that shirt for free. Now if you send us an idea, totally original, plus a design of the shirt and we use it in its entirety we will pay you $50.  Email us your idea at support@toxicfanshop.com

Do you sell your shirts wholesale?
Yes we do. Contact us with your organization or company details and we will be more than happy to work out a deal with you. Our shirts are extremely popular and can be seen all across the country including such far off places as Australia and Canada (America Jr.).
